Logistics Chief / Joe Price LC-04

Joe is Retired from Burlington Northern RR. With  Office of Emergency Management for 10 plus years. He has worked in several disasters and trained in logistic section.

Law Enforcement Chief / Ken Lindsey LC-05

Currently employed at Lebanon Social Security Office. Lindsey is a reserve with the Sheriff’s Office. Emergency Management for 8 plus years. He has worked in several disasters and trained in planning section.

Deputy Logistic Chief / Mark Scott LC-06

Over 5 years experience at Office of Emergency Management. Management experience for a prime contractor with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineer. He has worked in disasters and Logistic section.

Liaison Chief / David Sewell LC-07

Extensive Emergency Services experience in the Red Cross and Office of Emergency Management at the local and national levels including numerous national deployments in Disaster Technology.

Operation Chief / Drew Minnick LC-08

United States Air Force (Retired), Special Agent, Office of Special Investigations (OSI) over 20 years physical and personal security professional. Vice Chairman for Community Organization Active in Disasters supporting fellow neighbors in time of need.

Weather Chief / Stan Moore LC-09

BSBA Central Missouri State College, and in the US Army 1969-1973. Three years in a NATO headquarters in the Netherlands. JD University of Tulsa 1982. Private Law practice and Laclede County Asst. Prosecuting Attorney until September 2006, when elected Circuit Judge. Retired September 2017. 15 plus years as a weather spotter.

Planning Chief / Andy Jordan LC-10

Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, Associate Degree Criminal Justice, Minor Degree in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University. Worked with the Protection District. Jordan is an Assistant Chief/Inspector Lebanon Fire Department. Lebanon Fire Department Plans Examiner I & II, LP Gas Specialist, Haz-Mat Technician, and Rope Technician. Emergency Management for 10 plus years. He has worked in several disasters and trained in Planning section.

Deputy Planning Chief / John Lochner LC-11

Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from UMC Warrensburg MO. 7 years at Mercy Hospital Lebanon Safety and Security, 6 years as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.

Deputy Communication Chief / Jonathan Skeens LC-12

Retired fire fighter, paramedic, and instructor. Instructor for emergency responses for confined space and hazmat.

Communication Chief / Daniel Glenn LC-13

Fire Service over 10 years, a rescue technician, a first responder. Emergency Management for 3 plus years. He has worked in several disasters and trained in Communication.

Deputy Operation Chief / Michael Crump LC-14

Crump is a business owner who provides training and consulting services to large corporations across the country. Crump brings 16 years experience with assets protection, business efficiency and emergency preparedness training.
